This classic ribbed cuffed style provides a folded area for embroidery, patches and labels. It is a practical starting point for streetwear, winter retail, corporate merchandise, teams and event programs that need a consistent knit shape and clear branding specifications.
Before sampling, confirm yarn composition and hand feel, rib width, finished crown depth, cuff height, and measurements both relaxed and stretched. Review the logo size and position on the folded cuff, including how the decoration and backing feel against the forehead. Approve yarn colors and private-label placement on the physical sample.
MOQ and sampling: the listed starting MOQ is 100 pieces. The current sample lead time is 10–15 days after specifications and artwork are confirmed. Confirm bulk-production timing in the quotation after the sample requirements and order quantity are agreed.
For a quotation, send the logo artwork, target quantity, preferred yarn and colors, branding method, label requirements and delivery market. For repeat orders, retain the approved sample, yarn reference, finished measurements and logo placement in the production file.
