Selected in-stock beanies with an added logo can start from 50 pieces per color, subject to stock and logo review. Standard custom beanies start from 100 pieces per color and style. Different colors or styles do not combine to meet one minimum. Special yarns, custom dyeing, color splits and complex trims can affect the practical minimum and schedule. Confirm the complete specification before ordering.

Confirm the yarn.

State the intended fiber composition and target feel. For merino blends, confirm the actual blend percentage and yarn reference rather than judging composition from a photo.

Measure the intended fit.

Record relaxed width, body height and cuff height where applicable. Check the beanie on the intended wearer, including how the knit stretches and recovers.

Place the logo for wear.

Review embroidery, patches, woven labels or jacquard on the selected knit. Approve the artwork direction and position with the cuff folded or crown slouched as intended.

For a cuffed base developed around your own branding, also compare the OEM private-label cuffed beanie. Inside labels, pom-poms, yarn colors and retail packaging can be included in the specification for review.

Send a style or reference image, quantity per color, yarn requirements, logo files and placement, label and packaging needs, delivery country and target date.

Can I add private-label details?

Beanie branding can include embroidery, patches, woven labels, inside labels, jacquard knitting, yarn colors and retail packaging. Confirm the artwork and placement on the selected knitted sample.

How should I compare cuffed and slouch beanie samples?

Can my logo be knitted into the beanie?

Order conditions: Standard caps start from 50 pieces per color, per style. Standard custom beanies start from 100 pieces; selected in-stock beanies with an added logo start from 50 pieces per color. Performance caps in existing colors and constructions start from 50 pieces; non-existing colors or structural changes require 300 pieces per color, per style. Different colors or styles do not combine to meet one minimum.
