LOSTCAPS develops structured snapback hats across six-panel and five-panel constructions with flat brims, adjustable snap closures and private-label options. Current starting points include a premium wool-blend streetwear snapback, a structured cotton-twill flat-brim snapback and a five-panel flat-brim style with an uninterrupted front surface.
Before sampling, buyers should confirm crown height and profile, five-panel or six-panel construction, brim width and flatness, underbrim color or material, snapback color, fabric weight and hand feel, logo method and physical logo size, inside labels and packaging. These details have a direct effect on the finished silhouette and retail positioning.
Buyer tip: choose the crown and panel construction before finalizing the front logo. A five-panel snapback gives a continuous front surface, while a six-panel style introduces a center seam that can affect small embroidery or patch placement.

FAQ
Starting MOQ: 50 pieces per color, per style, subject to the selected material, decoration and components. Rear adjustment-strap sewn labels require at least 300 pieces. Different colors or styles do not combine to meet one minimum.
Send the product style, target quantity, logo or artwork, preferred material or reference image, destination market and target delivery date.
Private-label options can include embroidery, patches, woven labels, inside labels, closures, custom colors and packaging depending on the selected style.

Order conditions: Standard caps start from 50 pieces per color, per style. Standard custom beanies start from 100 pieces; selected in-stock beanies with an added logo start from 50 pieces per color. Performance caps in existing colors and constructions start from 50 pieces; non-existing colors or structural changes require 300 pieces per color, per style. Different colors or styles do not combine to meet one minimum.
Typical samples: standard caps 7–10 days; beanies 10–15 days, after specification, artwork and sample payment confirmation. Special development is quoted separately. Production and shipping time are separate. Review MOQ and sampling conditions ↗
