Non-existing colors or structural changes require 300 pieces per color and style, with material or component minimums confirmed in the quotation. Multiple colors or designs do not combine to meet one minimum.

Yes. Start with a stock reference sample when available, or a custom development sample after the specification is reviewed. Sample availability, charges and freight are quoted separately. Custom sampling usually takes 7–10 days after the required details, artwork and sample payment are confirmed; special development can take longer.

The usual production references are 15–18 days for 50–300 pieces and 20–25 days for 500–1,000 pieces, after sample approval, final specifications and material availability are confirmed. Other quantities and special constructions need a project-specific schedule. Transit time is separate.

No. A lightweight crown, perforated panels or a curved visor does not establish a foldable brim. Confirm the insert, folding method and shape recovery on the exact physical sample.

Request the complete sample weight including closure, sweatband and decoration. Agree the circumference-adjustment range, crown depth, visor dimensions and measurement method. Confirm actual fabric composition and stretch behavior separately; a catalog reference size is not a tested fit range.

Review heat transfer, silicone or another suitable application on the selected fabric. Embroidery creates needle holes and can affect a treated surface. No decoration method guarantees waterproof performance; approve adhesion, appearance and comfort on the actual sample.
